1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on InsiteGPT are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any of our plans, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for unused subscription time or dissatisfaction with the service. We encourage all users to take advantage of our free trial before subscribing.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining unused days of the billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility & Timeframe
In cases of duplicate charges or billing errors caused by a technical issue on our end, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@insitegpt.com. We will investigate and resolve verified billing errors.
4. Free Trial
Where applicable, InsiteGPT may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically activate and you will be charged. No refunds will be issued after the trial converts to a paid subscription.
